Firstly what we need to do is enter details into the address book.
Clicking the “address book” tab. This being a new account, you will notice you do not have anyone in your address book at the moment and you will see a screen prompt telling you this. You will have to enter a customer’s details into the address book so you can see how it works.
Click on the “New” button to enter a new entry in your address book.
Enter the following details, first name, surname, and mobile number as you would normally enter it, don’t worry if you have any leading Zeros as long as you are consistent it doesn’t matter. You may additionally enter details in the other user fields here. Click the “Address Book Settings” for details on how to change the fields.
After you have completed entering the data, press the “Save” button (you may additionally add another customer, by pressing “Save and Add Another”).
You will be automatically taken back to your address book where you should now be able to see your previous entry or entries. If you wish at this time to edit or see more details about the entry simply click on the name.
As you have now made an entry into the address book, you can if you wish send a message. Simply click on the “Send message” tab at the top of the screen. |
