Immy passes NVQ Level 2 Customer Service
Congratulations to one of our telesales staff, Immy Dempsey, who yesterday passed her Technical Certificate for NVQ Level 2 Customer Service.
Immy achieved a fantastic score of 88%, well above the UK average.
All staff at ME Consultancy and sister brand SMileS are encouraged to continually develop their abilities and knowledge, so for some completing this important vocational qualification is extremely beneficial, as it acts as important learning and recognition for their day to day activities and many customer contacts.
We currently have three staff members; Immy, Ross and Jess who are completing their customer service level 2.
As a business we know that having an excellent product isn't good enough these days – it's down to the overall customer experience, especially when dealing with any person across the business, that really counts. That's why we invest time and effort into choosing staff for their attitude, then training them to do their job to the best of their ability.
